Inside a beautiful Inn nestled in the WindRiver Community and on the shore of serene Tellico Lake, awaits an unforgettable dining experience. Citico’s Restaurant & Club features intimate, reservation-only dining and seasonal, farm-to-table dishes from award-winning Chef Robert Allen. Enjoy lakeside sunsets from every white-linen table. Chef Allen and his talented team have cultivated a fresh, local approach to Southern cuisine with emphasis on the farm to table experience. With premiere service and an ever-evolving wine cellar, Citico’s sets the bar in the Knoxville area for an unforgettable dining experience.

Robert Allen is the Executive Chef of Citico’s Restaurant and Club. Chef Allen is originally from Texas, where he most recently worked as the Executive Sous Chef at Escondido Golf and Lake Club in Horseshoe Bay. A graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Austin, Chef Allen sat on the school’s advisory board for new students and also served as secretary for the Austin Chapter of the American Culinary Federation. With more than 15 years of industry experience, Chef oversees multiple aspects of the kitchen operations at Citico’s, including the design and execution of seasonal menus. Chef Allen takes pride in introducing many diners to the Farm-To-Table concept, which emphasizes the use of local ingredients as they become seasonally available. Under Chef Allen’s direction, Citico’s is well-positioned to deliver on its promise of a delicious and distinctive waterfront dining experience that’s unlike anything in East Tennessee.

Attire for Citico’s Restaurant & Club is business casual. Slacks and collared shirts for men. Jackets preferred.

Citico’s Restaurant & Club is a reservation-only, adults-only establishment. Citico’s deeply appreciates our guests informing the restaurant if they are unable to honor their table reservation. We are an intimate, fine dining establishment serving the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and our seasonal menus are based upon our reservations. When accepting reservations for special events, it is the restaurant’s policy to secure the booking with the customer’s credit card. In the event that the reservation is not honored in whole or in part by the customer or is cancelled by the customer with less than 48 hours notice, it will be at the discretion of Citico’s Restaurant & Club to charge 50% of the advertised event cost per person to the reserving guest’s credit card. Please give us a call if you are unable to make your dinner reservation. Thank you!
